I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience I had in working with Brian Pierce on the rental of my house. He exceeded my expectations, to say the least. When I first contacted Brian, the current tenant was being extremely uncooperative and unresponsive with me and was not honoring the requirements of the lease. Brian took it upon himself to diligently work with the tenant on my behalf and managed to defuse a very stressful situation. He also was very helpful in setting up appointments and meeting with contractors in my stead (who does that?!). None of this was something that a realtor would normally do, in my experience, when his only obligations are basically to advertise and show the house, but Brian went above and beyond. Not to mention, he rented out the house for me in record time! It only took him about a week, which was incredible. It’s a stressful situation having to deal with finding new renters and preparing that property for new tenants, but Brian handled everything beautifully, and I would highly recommend him for any realty needs one might have.
